There's no place like home for East Hall, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They never let the Cedar Shoals Jaguars get on the board and left with an 18-0 win on Wednesday. Considering the Vikings have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

East Hall now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Cedar Shoals, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Hall will host Stephens County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Stephens County will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something East Hall surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cedar Shoals, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Cedar Shoals Jaguars duke it out with Greene County Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. They have given up an average of 16.7 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
