Meanwhile, Palisades suffered their closest defeat since April 10, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Venice by a score of 6-4.
Palisades also got a good showing from Yamato Yukimoto, who pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
