Thomson's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Glenn Hills Spartans a 19-0 shutout. Considering the Bulldogs have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Thomson moved to 15-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Glenn Hills, they dropped their record down to 0-13 with the loss, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Thomson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 10-1 win against Lincoln County on the 16th. As for Glenn Hills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-0 defeat against Butler on the 17th.
