Central's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for East, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Natrona County is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for East, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Rock River at 3:00 p.m. Rock River will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Wyoming Rankings (they are ranked 36th, while East is ranked fourth).
