The Grand Terrace Titans can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They claimed a resounding 64-21 victory over Jurupa Hills on the road. With Grand Terrace ahead 48-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Grand Terrace to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mikhia Anderson, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and ten rebounds. Anderson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 18 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayleen Barajas, who scored 20 points along with nine steals.
Grand Terrace is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Jurupa Hills, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Grand Terrace won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bernstein at 1:30 p.m. on January 20th. Bernstein is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Jurupa Hills, they will face off against Arroyo Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Arroyo Valley is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.
