The Christian Patriots will be taking part in a tournament against the Valhalla Norsemen  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2  runs per game  this season.

 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Braeden Casey, who  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases and two  RBI. Those  two  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Benji Molina, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Valhalla was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They fell  6-1 to University City.
 Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Valhalla, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
Valhalla's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them:  Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .320. It's a different story for Valhalla, though, as  they've  only  averaged .251. Will they be able to contain Christian's hitters?
