Bagley were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. The match brought Bagley to 2-1 and dropped Cass Lake-Bena to a mirror-image 1-2.
Next week Bagley take on Walker-Hackensack-Akeley at 7:00 PM. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. Cass Lake-Bena will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Ada-Borup/Norman County West in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
