Midtown extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-5. They lost 13-1 to the Trinity Christian Lions. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

At the plate, Midtown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elijah Smith, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.
As for Trinity Christian, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won three contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Midtown has already played their next matchup, a 5-4 victory against Paideia on the 10th. As for Trinity Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-3 loss against Landmark Christian on the 2nd.
