Grove can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They came out on top against the Kansas Comets by a score of 4-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 back in August.

Grove's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Kansas, they moved to 6-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Grove wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 5-0 win against Chelsea on the 13th. As for Kansas, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Dewey on the 15th.
