The Scotts Valley Falcons won the last time they faced the Soquel Knights, and things went their way on Thursday too. Scotts Valley had just enough and edged the Knights out 33-31. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Scotts Valley.
Scotts Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Abigail Shi, who scored 12 points. Shi continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. Brooklyn Williams was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Scotts Valley's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-14. As for Soquel, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
Scotts Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Soquel also has no future games currently scheduled.
