Bradshaw Christian has gone a perfect 10-0 against El Dorado recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Pride will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. Bradshaw Christian will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
Last Friday, Bradshaw Christian made easy work of Amador and carried off an 11-1 victory. Considering the Pride have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Ethan Rickert and Ethan Quach were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Rickert pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Quach struck out seven batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. At the plate, Rickert scored a run while going 2-for-3, while Quach went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Evan Rickert, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Evan Fujii-Sisler, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.
Bradshaw Christian hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in nine consecutive games.
Meanwhile, El Dorado fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Liberty Ranch on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. Cougars fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Hawks since on Friday.
Gavin Ashton spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on nine hits.
At the plate, JJ Allen was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Miller, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
Bradshaw Christian's win was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for El Dorado, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7.
Bradshaw Christian took their win against El Dorado in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 11-0 score. Do the Pride have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
