Brody Baker made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Jose Rodrigues was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played.
