There's no place like home for El Cerrito, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Friday. Everything went their way against the Washington Eagles on Saturday as they made off with  a  12-1 win. Considering the Gauchos have won six matches by more than seven  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Logan Ferguson was a  major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Ferguson was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs and two  RBI.
 In other pitching news,  William Reddall looked comfortable as he  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in four consecutive appearances.
 Back at the plate,  Reggie Burnham and  Solomon McCormick did most of the damage at the plate:  Burnham  went 2-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run, while  McCormick  went 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI. That  triple was  Burnham's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaxon Coles, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
