Entrepreneur is 0-3 against Miller since April of 2025 but things could change on Friday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Rebels at 3:45 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Entrepreneur came out on top against Packinghouse Christian Academy on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run fifth inning. The Panthers blew past the Bears 16-10. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Panthers' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
Entrepreneur let Jacob Becerra Martinez and George Ramirez run wild. Becerra Martinez went a perfect 4-for-4 with seven stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI, while Ramirez got on base in three of his four plate appearances with eight stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Christopher Espinoza also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miller). Everything went their way against Norte Vista on Wednesday as they made off with a 13-4 victory. Considering the Rebels' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Jayden Mendez was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two triples, four RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Elian Salas, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Miller always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The win got Miller back to even at 2-2. As for Entrepreneur, the victory was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 2-3.
Entrepreneur might still be hurting after the 12-2 defeat they got from Miller in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
