There's no place like home for Verdigris, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They never let the Vinita Hornets get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Verdigris' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7. As for Vinita, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-19 record this season.
