San Marin has won four straight games at home, while Analy has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Mustangs will welcome the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
While San Marin's win against Branson wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs never let the Bulls get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted since May 14, 2025.

The result came thanks to Jaden Brown's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because San Marin is 3-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 6-7 otherwise.
At the plate, San Marin's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Procopio, who went 2-for-3 with one double.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Analy). Everything went their way against Piner on Wednesday as they made off with a 25-1 win. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by eight runs or more this season.
Nicky Navarro looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
On the hitting side, Analy got a massive performance out of Donnie Rinkor, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with four runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those two doubles gave Rinkor a new career-high. Shooter Bush was another key player, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
Analy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .644. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Analy's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for San Marin, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Thursday. San Marin hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Analy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.4 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
San Marin was able to grind out a solid win over Analy when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 7-2. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
