Make it seven blowout wins for the Kings Christian Crusaders this season. They really took it to Laton for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-15 victory on the road. Winning may never get old, but Kings Christian sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Gabriella Alvarado and Jade Perez certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Alvarado scored three points along with six rebounds and five steals, while Perez scored no points along with six rebounds. Alvarado is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last three games she's played.
Kings Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Laton, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.
Kings Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Woodlake at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th. Laton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Alpaugh at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
