Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Discovery Charter School). They blew past the Research Triangle Raptors, posting a 70-20 win. The victory was nothing new for the Trailblazers as they're now sitting on five straight.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Discovery Charter School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aleeya Harris, who went 9 for 20 en route to 21 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Saniya Woodard, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten boards.

Discovery Charter School's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.3 points per game. As for Research Triangle, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

When Discovery Charter School and Research Triangle next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Discovery Charter School will try to stop Orange's six-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Discovery Charter School's defense has only allowed 28.9 points per game this season, so Research Triangle's offense will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, Research Triangle will face off against NCSSM: Durham and their four-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
