Sumner came tearing into Saturday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Block Bears get on the board and left with an 18-0 win. 18 seems to be a good number for the Cowboys as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Sumner's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2. As for Block, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sumner will head out to take on St. Scholastica at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
