Hunter Jones Turns in Season-Best Performance
Hunter Jones produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Holliday to the win on Friday. Jones wasn't messing around, throwing for 463 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. The match was his sixth straight with three or more passing touchdowns.
The win (which was Holliday's sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2. Jones and Holliday will square off against Blue Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Cannon Valenzuela stepped things up a notch to give Jacksboro the 'W'. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making 17 total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defending two passes.
Jacksboro has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Jacksboro Tigers duke it out with the Scurry-Rosser Wildcats on Friday.
