Norris took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks to the tune of 49-3. With the Titans ahead 28-3 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Markus Nelson was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 176 yards and three scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Dallas Washington was another key player, picking up 73 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Shane Holen, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
