Boiling Springs has gone 8-2 against Camp Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Boiling Springs Bubblers will head out to square off against the Camp Hill Lions at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Boiling Springs has four straight victories, Camp Hill has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
Last Thursday, Boiling Springs humbled Steelton-Highspire with a 56-22 victory. The Bubblers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Boiling Springs can attribute much of their success to Molly Kimmel, who went 6 of 14 on her way to 14 points along with six boards and six steals, and Madyson Brownawell, who posted eight points in addition to six steals and five assists. Brownawell has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 22 times she's played. Mia Hemler was another key player, putting up six points and five rebounds.
Boiling Springs smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Camp Hill came up short against Shalom Christian Academy on Tuesday and fell 39-26. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 452nd, while the Flames are ranked 79th).
Despite the defeat, Camp Hill saw an underclassman step up: freshman Elle Shover put up nine points.
Boiling Springs pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.1 points per game. As for Camp Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Boiling Springs has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 34.5 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Camp Hill struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Boiling Springs beat Camp Hill 42-29 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Boiling Springs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
