The Kennett Blue Demons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 41-34 to Garnet Valley.
Kylie Mulholland was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Emily Olsen, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Garnet Valley, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Kennett will be playing at home against Boyertown at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Boyertown focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Wednesday. As for Garnet Valley, they will head out on the road to face off against Ridley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
