In what's become a running theme this season, the Everett Warriors gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Fannett Metal 58-21 at home. With Everett ahead 39-12 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Everett's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jade Colledge led the charge by scoring 20 points along with five rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Colledge has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cloe Price, who scored 16 points along with seven steals and five assists.
Everett is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Fannett Metal, their defeat was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-14.
Everett will challenge Juniata Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Fannett Metal, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Tussey Mountain at 7:30 p.m.
