Kennedy has gone 8-2 against American recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. Kennedy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.
Last Thursday, Kennedy made easy work of Mission San Jose and carried off a 13-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won nine in a row.

Michael Pickett made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Pickett was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Nick Owsley was incredible, going 2-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Kennedy's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-9 when he doesn't). Ocean Chiu was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
Kennedy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They are 3-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, American posted their closest win since March 21st last Saturday. They had just enough and edged out San Mateo 8-7.
The team relied heavily on Dillon Hsiao, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Carson Rice also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Kennedy's record is now 8-9. As for American, their record now sits at 4-12.
Kennedy came up short against American in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, falling 8-4. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
