On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Joseph Guerra, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Tyler Stevens also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
As for Skyline, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-9. The shutout was out of character for they seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.
On Skyline's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dekker Desmond, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.
