First Preparatory Christian Academy won the last time they faced Vidalia Heritage Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Highlanders skirted past the Eagles 11-10. That's two games straight that the Highlanders have won by just one run.

Chase Streeper and Logan Brown did most of the damage at the plate: Streeper scored a run and stole a base while going 4-for-5, while Brown scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. What's more, Streeper posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Keegan Banks also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for First Preparatory Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 3-15. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Vidalia Heritage Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.

First Preparatory Christian Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
