Meanwhile, Lake Oconee Academy entered their tilt with Lincoln County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Red Devils. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.
Kaitlyn Mamay spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Washington-Wilkes has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Lake Oconee Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.6 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
