After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Fairmont Prep, St. Anthony was happy to have turned things around  on Monday. They walked away with  a   57-44  win over the West Warriors. The Saints have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Lloyd  dropped  a double-double on 29 points and 18  rebounds, while  Hughes  had 24 points in addition to eight  rebounds and four  steals. Hughes' evening made it five games in a row in which  she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Anaya Tunu, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 11 points and nine  rebounds.
 St. Anthony's record now sits at 4-1. As for West, they now  have a losing record at 2-3.
 St. Anthony and Mira Costa will face off  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for West, they and Liberty are set to duel  on Tuesday. West is coming into the  matchup on  a  three-game losing streak.
