Cairo's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Westover Patriots with a sharp 11-1 victory. Cairo might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by three goals or more this season.

Cairo's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Westover, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Cairo will challenge Peach County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Peach County will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Cairo surely won't give up without a fight. As for Westover, they have already played their next game, an 11-1 defeat against Bainbridge on the 27th.
