Temescal Canyon got a great performance from Tristan Skaggs-Whittle as he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Skaggs-Whittle has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
