In what's become a running theme this season, the Upper Dauphin Area Trojans gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They put the hurt on Greenwood with a sharp 49-29 victory. Winning may never get old, but Upper Dauphin Area sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Upper Dauphin Area got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mazie Bingaman out in front who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Reagan Wentzel, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Upper Dauphin Area has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Greenwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.
Upper Dauphin Area will head out on the road to square off against East Juniata at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. East Juniata will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 606th, while Upper Dauphin Area is ranked 241st). As for Greenwood, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Susquenita at 7:15 p.m.
