Josh Primicias was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
In other batting news, Milpitas got a big performance out of Matthew Osuna, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and one run. Osuna also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Adrian Chavez, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.
