The South Allegheny Gladiators had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Cheswick Christian Academy with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 39-20. The victory was just what South Allegheny needed coming off of a 67-13 loss in their prior match.
Leading South Allegheny to victory were Keelyn Hamilton and Jazlyn Farnan. Hamilton scored 13 points, while Farnan scored 11 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Farnan has scored all season. Mira Morninstar was another key contributor, scoring no points along with eight rebounds.
South Allegheny's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-15. As for Cheswick Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
South Allegheny does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cheswick Christian Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
