Owatonna had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against Faribault on Friday as they made off with a 41-0 win. That result is just more of the same for Owatonna, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Owatonna a 1-0 record and starting Faribault off at 0-1.
Next week, Owatonna take on Mayo at 7:00 PM. Faribault are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Winona next week at 7:00 PM.
