St. Bernard and Arcata squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but St. Bernard's had to settle for second. They fell 5-2 to the Tigers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

St. Bernard's saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Manzi, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one RBI.

St. Bernard's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Arcata, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-11.

As of now, neither St. Bernard's nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
