Winnetonka won the last time they faced Raytown and things went their way on Thursday too. The Griffins were the clear victors by a 14-6 margin over the Bluejays. The Griffins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by eight runs or more this season.

Winnetonka's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-3. As for Raytown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
