Coastal HomeSchool has gone a perfect 3-0 against Vidalia Heritage Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Hurricanes will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. The last four games Coastal HomeSchool has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Coastal HomeSchool will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating First Preparatory Christian Academy, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Surprisingly, this marked the Hurricanes' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
J.W. Castongia was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That's the most stolen bases he has posted over his last 11 matches. Gabe Smith was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Vidalia Heritage Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Coastal HomeSchool, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 17-17.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Coastal HomeSchool has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.3 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Vidalia Heritage Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.8 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
