Franklin Towne extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 6-3 in the process. Everything went their way against Science Leadership Academy as they made off with a 15-1 win. Considering the Warriors have won four matches by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Sean Diviny spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on five hits and racked up seven Ks.
On the hitting side, Robert Brant was a standout: he got on base in five of his six plate appearances with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jayden Ocasio, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, two doubles, and one triple.
Franklin Towne always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .605. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
