Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Brookstone Cougars a 7-0 shutout on Friday. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by six runs or more this season.

Bulloch Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Brookstone, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 22-6.
