They put the hurt on Parkway Center City with a sharp 60-38 victory on Wednesday. Franklin Towne's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Franklin Towne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Meiara Staton, who scored 21 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Staton has scored at least 25% of Franklin Towne's points. Sophia Blaisdell was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
The victory (which was Franklin Towne's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1. As for Parkway Center City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4-2.
