Downtown Magnets has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Annenberg Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Downtown Magnets comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 19 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
Downtown Magnets' 11-4 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They took a hard 36-19 fall against USC-MAE on Monday.
Meanwhile, Annenberg suffered a tough 53-29 defeat at the hands of Rancho Dominguez on Monday.
Downtown Magnets' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Annenberg, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
Everything came up roses for Downtown Magnets against Annenberg in their previous matchup back in February as the squad secured a 42-15 victory. Does Downtown Magnets have another victory up their sleeve, or will Annenberg turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
