Harker and Crystal Springs Uplands are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but likely not for long. The Harker Eagles will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons at 3:30 p.m. on February 14th. Harker will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 397th, while Crystal Springs Uplands is ranked 191st).
On Monday, Harker kept a clean sheet against Notre Dame. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Regents 1-0. Claire Anderson had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Harker.
Meanwhile, Crystal Springs Uplands got the win against Mercy last Friday by a conclusive 5-0.
Harker's record now sits at 9-7-2. Crystal Springs Uplands' record now sits at 11-1-2.
Harker beat Crystal Springs Uplands 3-1 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Will Harker repeat their success, or does Crystal Springs Uplands have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
