The Ripon Christian Knights will square off against the Bradshaw Christian The Pride at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ripon Christian will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Ripon Christian walked away with it. Their defense stepped up to hand the Spartans a 5-0 shutout on Saturday. The result was nothing new for Ripon Christian, who have now won 15 matches by three goals or more so far this season.
They hit Esparto with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Alanna Blanco (3),
Addison Dejong, and
Dayna Koolhaas.
Meanwhile, Bradshaw Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 8-0 margin over Millennium. The win was a breath of fresh air for Bradshaw Christian as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Ripon Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-2-2 record this season. As for Bradshaw Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-12-3.
