After flying high against Clarion Area  last Tuesday, Clarion-Limestone came back down to earth. The Clarion-Limestone Lions took  a  51-36 bruising from the Cranberry Area Berries on Thursday. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
 Despite the  defeat, Clarion-Limestone saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Julianna Schwabenbauer  posted five  points in addition to five  rebounds and three  blocks.  Hannah Beggs was another key player,  putting up six points.
Clarion-Limestone's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Cranberry Area, their victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 15-4.
 Clarion-Limestone has already played their next game,  a  60-21  win against Curwensville on the 1st. As for Cranberry Area, they will take on Clarion Area at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Cranberry Area is facing Clarion Area at the right time seeing as Clarion Area is stuck on  a  six-game losing streak.
