After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Jackson finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 10-2 to the Pike County Pirates. The Red Devils' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Jackson's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 10-7. As for Pike County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-9.
