With a playoff win on the line, Southeast of Saline rose to the challenge on Thursday. They never let the Southwestern Heights Mustangs get on the board and left with a 74-0 victory. The Trojans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Grady Gebhardt, who rushed for 130 yards and two scores on only ten carries, and also picked up 34 receiving yards and one TD. He has been hot, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last six times he's played. Malachi Hopkins got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Southeast of Saline's record now sits at 9-0. As for Southwestern Heights, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Southeast of Saline will square off against Russell on Friday. Southwestern Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
