Baseball Recap: Central City Value Comes Up Short

Central City Value lost to Collins Family back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Central City Value came up short against Collins Family, falling 26-1. Central City Value has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central City Value saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Pacas, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases and one run. Pacas is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season. Jordan De Leon was another, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Central City Value's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Collins Family, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Coincidentally, Central City Value and Collins Family will both be playing Downtown Magnets the next time they take the field. Collins Family will host Downtown Magnets at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, while Central City Value will host them at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
