Tohatchi is  a perfect 4-0 against Shiprock since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Shiprock got some further help from  Wakiyan Stash: he picked up  a  sack and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Shiprock's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Tohatchi, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Everything came up roses for Tohatchi against Shiprock in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024, as the  team secured  a  48-6 victory.
