Central is 9-1 against Bellefonte since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Central Dragons will head out on the road to face off against the Bellefonte Raiders at 7:30 p.m. Central will be strutting in after a win while Bellefonte will be coming in after a defeat.
Central scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They walked away with a 59-46 win over Penns Valley Area.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Bellefonte, who are still winless after their fourth matchup. They were beaten by Tyrone 51-21 on Friday.
Central now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bellefonte, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
Central came up short against Bellefonte in their previous matchup back in March of 2021, falling 37-31. Thankfully for Central, Maddie Tice (who scored 19 points along with five rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
